Distribution : Thailand, Borneo, Java, Sunda Is., Penin. Malaysia, Phillipines, Sulawesi & Sumatra.

Remarks : More popularly known as Pomatocalpa latifolium (Lindl.) J.J.Sm., Natuurw. Tijdschr. Ned.-Indië 72: 105 (1912) which is treated by Kew's World Checklist of Monocotyledons as a synonym.
