Distribution : Thaleban National Park, Thailand.

Remarks : A very rare variety of Phalaenopsis cornu-cervi of which all the plants in cultivation today originated from the one or two plants that were discovered near Yaroi Falls in the Thaleban National Park, south of Thailand. No other specimen were ever found until today.
