"This is Cirrhopetalum strangularium Rchb.f. The same mistake is made
also in the Orchids of Sarawak. Unfortunately everything is united under C/B longiflorum by the authorities. On the other hand, Cirrh. strangularium is easily identified by the peculiar pattern of spotting on the lateral sepals."
Remarks : RBG, Kew treats this species as synonym to Bulbophyllum pulchrum (N.E.Br.) J.J.Sm., Bull. Jard. Bot. Buitenzorg, II, 8: 27 (1912).
